ON-LINE REGISTRATION

All Premier League registration of players will be accomplished on-line. Rivershark, a visual-media design company catering to service organizations, is the on-line provider and database management company that SOASA has chosen to administer the on-line registration of players for all SOASA leagues. Managers must register players by following these procedures:

	Log in and register your players. Make sure to fill in all fields completely or the registration will not be accepted.

	Hit the "enter new player" button to add each player, continue until all players are entered. Hit the "edit" button to update existing player information. Players cannot be deleted, but can be designated as "inactive". Maximum of 22 "active" players on the roster at any one time. Maximum of 18 players may play in any match.
	Players must be registered by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before your match to be eligible to participate.

	The fee for each new player is $25.00. This fee must be paid before the player will be allowed to participate in the Premier League.

	Attach a photo to each pass and have your player sign the card. Upon payment of the registration fee ($25/pass), the league will stamp your player pass with the State Registrar’s signature and will laminate the pass for you, if you wish. League officials will be available at 8:30am – 9:30am and 12:30pm-1:30pm the first and second Sundays of the season. Other times can be arranged by contacting the league directly.

	Passes are not valid and the player cannot play unless the pass is signed, stamped and laminated. A one week grace period will be given, but all players must have valid passes by Match Day Two.
